An Edible Rose By Any Other Name…
These edible Turkish fruit candies conjure up exotic memories. Like that old nursery rhyme for full-grown children about the Turkish Candy Man who lived in a giant curly shoe: “Ahmet the Mad Confectioner”.
In this story Ahmet is the beloved town baker. He takes pride in his work and goes deep into the woods to obtain his ingredients (a lot deeper than most are willing to go). He comes upon a mysterious plant and decides to add it to his Baklava… (spoiler alert: it’s cannabis!).
Cut to the quick and Ahmet gets the entire village high and a party is held for seven straight days where all the nobility of the lands come to share in this magical Baklava, and peace eventually sweeps across the land.
Then the Baklava eventually runs out and the nobles return home and everyone forgets about the peace. In a cruel twist of fate, Ahmet gets sent to prison for dosing an entire town and his curly shoe house gets turned into a frozen yogurt shop—but for those brief seven days, peace reigned supreme. Same will apply for your Rose Delight high.
Savor it while it lasts.
