Smoking in the Garden of Eden…
Ethel was one of those neighborhood busybodies who had no filter. She’d read you the riot act and berate you in front of strangers for the tiniest of infractions. Her vocabulary was 2 parts profanity and 1 part sass. She smoked her joints much like she lived her life; without the help of filters.
Until, that is, one of her Bridge partners suggested Eves of Eden‘s: Crowns. A pre-made filter, artfully designed, that fits at the tip of any joint. “What the fuck is this?” She demurred. “Just try it,” replied her long suffering friend. Almost instantly a smile washed over Ethel’s creased face as she effortlessly smoked her morning spliff. “Hmph, not bad,” Ethel concluded. The icy façade was starting to crack..
She had spent years tearing off covers from the Yellow pages and haphazardly cobbling together something that resembled a tip. Then she grew tired and bitterly abandoned the process. She just suffered in silence.
She found that Eves of Eden’s: Crowns Filter Tips and Papers had rejuvenated her smoke sessions and that this discovery had bled into her daily interactions with the public at large. She actually started wishing people a good afternoon and smiled at precocious children for a change. Ethel still raked people over the coals when they asked for it but a small filter had entered her life and society was starting to warm up to her. She could smoke to that.
