Therapy Tonics Cannabis Coffee

Lift the afternoon fog…

It’s 3:00 in the afternoon. It’s sunny out. There’s work to plow through, but motivation is stuck in neutral and mental grease is lacking. The writer’s brain is in a fog, his mood growing overcast, with internal thunderclaps of doubt beginning to amplify. “Time to focus. Let’s get inspired,” he tells himself. It’s time for caffeine – maybe a lil’ something sweet. But he’s already forked over enough money this week to the mustachioed barista with the neck tatt at the cafe down the street. Then it dawns on him what his afternoon has been lacking – and it’s been sitting in his fridge beside ramen leftovers this entire time.

He reaches for a 4.20 oz. bottle of Therapy Tonics & Provisions: Vanilla Caramel Cannabis Coffee (sativa, of course). The writer recalls how he recently downed a bottle of the Mexican Mocha flavor on a weekend hike upstate. He pours the contents of the bottle over ice. He takes a sip; creamy ice coffee that’s slightly sweet, but not too sweet. He quickly takes another. He chomps on some ice for a lengthy beat. He can’t help but grin. He gets back to his computer. The fog quickly lifts as he resumes typing his cannabis coffee review with an inspired ease increasing with every click of the keys…

The Lit Kit

Treat Yo’ Self. There are many things you should re-gift: A DVD box set of “Teen Mom” is a good choice; a bottle of peach schnapps that comes in a bottle shaped like a peach is another; and a collapsible Chicken rotisserie may also qualify for re-gifting. It would take a real monster to receive […]

Humboldt Apothecary
